Mondays, 7:00–9:00 PM October 6 – November 24 For Students in Grades 9–12 Class Fee: $150 Course Description: Actor’s Studio is an 8-week intensive designed for high school students who are ready to elevate their craft and explore the art of acting on a deeper level. Through a combination of scene study, monologue work, ensemble exercises, and improvisation, students will strengthen their performance technique while building confidence and stage presence. The course emphasizes the development of essential actor’s tools: voice, body, imagination, and emotional truth. Participants will learn how to analyze scripts, create compelling characters, and bring stories to life with authenticity. Collaboration and ensemble-building are core components, helping students not only refine their individual skills but also grow as supportive, creative team players. By the end of the program, students will walk away with sharpened acting techniques, a stronger understanding of the rehearsal process, and polished performance material that can be used for auditions or future productions.

Attendance: Dress rehearsal, tech rehearsals and performances are REQUIRED for attendance. This is for the safety and fairness of all involved. After 3 unexcused absences you may be asked to exit the production. Registration Fee: Payment is due at registration. You can pay by cash, check or online payment. Even if you pay by cash or check, please fill out this form and select manual payment. Rehearsal etiquette Participants MUST arrive on time. Please communicate all lateness and absences to the director. We have a zero-bullying policy. Please treat others with respect and kindness. Participants must come prepared. This includes bringing water to rehearsal.
